Dr Alterman is absolutely the best ophthalmologist in the area. If you need cataract / lasik eye surgery he is phenomenal !!!Also, he is kind , reassuring and called me directly to answer my questions..

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Alterman during my visit. I find him very knowledgeable and thorough in his examination. I feel very confident in his ability to provide vision care to me.
I made an appointment with Dr. Alterman after my family doctor recommended his expertise for a "botched" cataract implant from another provider. I was a bit nervous about the visit as the other provider had lied to me and told me there was nothing wrong with my implant (which she had done 10 months prior). She just had me visit her numerous times, charging me the copay and other out of pocket fees, and told me I had "dry eyes".
