Dt Trauner was meticulous in removing a dangerous nest of basal he found under a small pimple between my R eye & nose. Despite hole-in-my-face result I owe him kudos & many thanks to incl his referral (trtmnt ongoing) to superb Plastic Sgn Dr Daniel J Kolder.
Dr Trauner exceeded my expectations having gone to other dermotologists. He immediately assessed my issue and made plans to resolve it. I have recommended him to many people I know.
Twice! overlooked what turned out to be advanced stage 3 melanoma! unbelievable! worst attitude ever. completely condescending and rude. very angry and unhappy person. I have reported him to the state medical board. Save yourself and find a real Derm who cares!
I have a history of skin cancer and have had several mohs procedures. Dr. Trauner does beautiful work. His surgical assistants are excellent. The office staff is proficient, and friendly. I recommend him to all those patients that have spent too much time in the sun, like me. He is the best
This was by far my worst experience with a doctor ever. He was so condescending, told me he didn’t need to hear my medical history or what my primary care doctor had said, and then proceeded to give me a hard time for not mentioning an antibiotic I had already been prescribed by my primary care doctor. He then also told me he doesn’t prescribe anything that he wasn’t the original prescribing doctor for and wouldn’t refill a prescription I’d been taking for 10 years with my prior dermatologist.
Arrogant and incompetent and I mean that in the worst way possible
My visit to Dr. Trauner was a great experience. The entire experience was excellent. Between the interaction with the office staff, the assistants and the actual procedure, nothing could have gone any smoother. The total professionalism, knowledge and even the humor helped make this traumatic issue issue seem better, The entire time they kept me in the loop of what was being performed, what the next step would be and so forth. I greatly appreciate you putting me a ease with this experience.
I just saw Dr. Trauner at his new office with Sac ENT. His staff is wonderful and got me an appointment right away. He explained my skin condition in terms I could easily understand, and he answered all the questions I had. I will recommend him to my friends and family.
