I've been a patient of Dr. Simon's for years. Got lucky that he was the doctor on call who treated me years ago in the hospital. He's wonderful. Always puts you at ease and works hard to stay on schedule so you don't spend a long time in his waiting room. His staff is good and professional. I usually have anxiety going to any doctor appointments but not with him.
Dr. Michael is exceptionally attentive and takes the time to clearly explain the situation, available alternatives, and his recommendations. I especially appreciated that, despite my appointment being scheduled last-minute due to urgent concerns, he still sat down with me and went through everything thoroughly. In a world where healthcare often feels rushed and impersonal, Dr. Michael’s approach stands out. He genuinely listens and ensures patients feel heard and informed—something that truly deserves recognition.
