Dr Novak is very knowledgeable of the eye. Very direct in what is going on and answers our questions.Our biggest issue is time. My 8:15a appt was over an hour before I saw him. We walked out of there 90 min after my appointment time.
Everyone there is very friendly. I always feel comfortable. Dr. Novak is very thorough and explains everything in detail.

Dr Novak’s office runs very smoothly with friendly staff that inform you of what they are doing, next steps and keeping you informed on wait times. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had
From the check-in until I left, everyone was patient and efficient and wasted very little time getting my procedures and testing taken care of. What used to take several hours took a bit over an hour on this visit.
I totally give Dr Novak (and Eyelea) credit for my vision today…Macular Degeneration was such a scary diagnosis, but under Dr Novak’s care, my eye has maintained good vision…my injections are now spaced out to 24 weeks!…everyone in the office from receptionist to all the nurses make my visit a good experience…
I am seeing Dr Novak for more than 20 years. He performef surgery succefully to attche my retina. He listen and answer your concern. I recommend him for eye retina problem.
Dr. Novak communicates well and is thorough in his examination. I was concerned about flashing light and floaters. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I would recommend him to anyone needing a retinal specialist.
