If you love your family stay away from this doctors office. The front office staff are atrocious. The doctor is one of the worst I have ever experienced. BEWARE!!!
Dr. Hochman has a wealth of experience in his specialization, he provides excellent customer service skills and is knowledgeable in answering any questions I had about my care.
Absolutely THE WORST experience I've ever had with a doctor in my entire life! My appointment was set at 8:10am. I didn't get out of the office until 12:30pm. After shelling out $100+ for my eye examination, I was herded to Dr. Hochman's owned Clear Vision Express where I was told I "MUST" fill my Rx. The doctor's ofc REFUSES to give me my prescription to have filled anywhere of my choice unless I pay them an extra $29. In other words, I can't get my prescription unless I pay them RANSOM.
Our experience at this clinic has been 80% negative. The Dr himself has 0 courtesy skills. He doesn't even acknowledge a hello. The office staff is rude and treats patients as if always annoyed. The surgical staff has always been courteous. My father being 90 has had a medical experience that an ambulance was called to the office. I have wanted to be with my father to monitor his condition but the staff refuses to allow me to go into the back. Again this Physician and most staff are the worst.
He has been a wonderful practitioner and kept my eyes in good shape. .
