I appreciated how quickly I was able to get in for an appt. and that both Lori & Dr. Giles had reviewed my x-rays and had a tentative plan before I arrived. Since childhood I have not had good experiences with dentists; but I got the immediate impression that Dr. Giles and his staff care about making coming to the dentist a positive experience & helping their patience with their dental care in a positive manner.
What will I do when Carol retires? Now I understand how my dental hygiene patients felt when I had to leave work after 26 yrs in the same office for medical reasons...it must have felt like having your gynecologist move away!!
Dr . Gile is supremely skilled dentist who is ably assisted by a personable and caring office and chairside staff.
