Had massive rotator cuff surgery and am very pleased with the outcome so far. Still have some exercises to do for building strength, but it will take time.
Dr. Cheek treated me for severe arthritis in my shoulder, first with steroid injections and finally doing a complete joint replacement. He did a wonderful job on it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
I suffered a complete tear of my right rotator cuff and was referred to Dr. Cheek. He explained in great detail what the repair involved and worst case scenario for surgery and recovery. Surgery went well and I am now healing and gaining strength again in that arm. From scheduling to communications to follow up his practice is a very smooth and seamless operation. I would highly recommend to anyone needing shoulder surgery of any type.
Dr Cheek fixed one rotator cuff 5 years ago, then 2 years ago he fixed a bicep tendon in my elbow. This past May he fixed my other rotator cuff. I just had my final follow up visit with him and now it's just therapy and home exercise till NEXT May. I could not be happier with Dr. Cheek, Chad Smith (PA) and the entire staff, they were all wonderful. I would recommend them to any one, and in fact have.

Dr Cheek performed my shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff. The results are impressive. He laid out exactly what the surgery would involve and what to expect after the surgery. I hope I never need another surgery of this type, but if I do I will certainly go back to him.
In October of 2017 I had complete right shoulder replacement. Dr. Cheek was awesome. I had very little pain afterwards and now have almost 100% mobility back and am pain free. I’m golfing and playing Pickleball without pain. Both Dr. Cheek and his PA Chad are very caring and answer questions without hurrying you. I would highly recommend Dr Cheek to anyone having shoulder problems.
