Slow service and rude waiter. Food was alright- but definitely limited on dietary restrictions. I was super disappointed that they didn’t have any nutritional facts for their food- which I thought was a requirement.
The manager and the hostess gave a poor first impression of this beautiful restaurant. They lacked customer service skills, were rude and lacked professionalism. We almost walked out but had never been and wanted to give it a try. The waitress recovered the situation by being very friendly. We just went tonight (7/20/19), and it was our first time going and we’ll definitely be back again! I had the creamy pesto fettuccine and absolutely LOVED it! My boyfriend had the eggplant parmigiana and he said it’s the best he’s had out in CA. (He’s picky about his eggplant parmigiana) :-) the rolls were warm and reminded me of biscuits kind of!
