Following a 2 week stay in LA and eating out every night, this was the absolute worst restaurant we had experienced. The waitress was extremely rude and ask me to settle our bill before we had finished our meal, time was only 9:35pm - therefore I only tipped $20 as I wasn’t impressed with the service, the waitress then came out on to the street and asked me for the balance of her tip (basically another $25) and I told her I wasn’t happy with the service being rushed. RecommendedBeen coming here for special occasions for more than 30 years! Love hearing the piano played, the atmosphere with all of the hanging wine-bottles, the occasional serenade by talented staff, and the authentic Italian food!
The one by Universal Studios is better. This restaurant did not have entertainment and the food was just okay. The service was good.
