This place was built in 1926 almost a years, so it has a lot of history, but they really need to upgrade the rooms....I know it is Downtown Miami but they can do better. At least your A/C can be a little bit better and more efficient and less noisy. The staff is great and it is an easy process to check in. There is no parking at the hotel but there is covered parking for 15 dollars a night across the street. The coffee shop downstairs never opened during the weekend stay.
if i could give 0 stars i would my aunt is missing (for 3 days now) & her location shows she’s here as if right now ! we’ve been calling to see if they could go check up on her & they saying they can’t due to privacy which is insane ! it’s been 3 DAYS !! she has a son & family to come home ! at this point they not answering the phone or anything
Yonathan was amazing
Very small rooms. Two double beds almost touching each other. Small inadequate air conditioner. The bathroom was literally a closet at some point. Staff was nice and courteous. Cheap for Miami.
