So grateful to have this center in the heart of Miami and available to all who seek a deeper understanding of our inner selves. It is my first time attending one of its "how to learn and integrate their meditation practices" into our daily lives. The place and its keepers exude a calming and nurturing energy that makes us feel so welcomed and at peace. It is a true blessing .
