how do you deal with a company with hidden charge an don't do a good job washing your car. but have tips box all over the place wanting your money for nothing
I could have done a better job and for a lot less by myself. I had to return to the vacuums after they were done because my front seat was still covered in dog hair and clearly wasn’t touched. After I finally found somebody who would turn on the vacuums, two guys stood there as I vacuumed it myself and made absolutely no apology. The location is convenient for me but absolutely not worth it. You can bet I won’t ever come back and will advise anybody else to no even waste their money.
After waiting for the 3 stooges to clean up the trash can they knocked over so I could pull up to the vacuums, they trapped me in the driver’s door as one of the was ahead of me with his hose and the other behind me. (No innuendo please) Then they pulled my car out and before you knew it the guy was flagging me to come get my car. I walked up to it and the entire lower valance was still dirty. last month I paid for the one month unlimited. They decided to charge a second month WITHOUT my authorization. Stay away from their "specials".

Cancelled my unlimited wash on 9/30.. card was still charged on 10/2... I had a feeling the lady at the front didn't cancel it.. SCAMMERS! Tried to call and let them know and was told I probably didn't cancel within 5 days of 30 days... I was never told I had to cancel within 5 days... they just rush and get your money... but even still my 30 days would've been 10/5 I cancelled 9/30... losers
