I have been using this car wash for years. Went to get my car washed and was treated like crap by one of the employees while going through the car wash. I contacted the corporate offices in Irving and was assured someone would contact me about the incident. Never heard from anyone. I guess they are doing so well they don't care if they lose customers.

I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I suggest you all do the same. This the second time I've signed up for the monthly membership canceled it 7 days early and they still charge me. I go into the same place to get a refund and they tell me I have to call corporate but the phone's aren't working at corporate. So the guy behind the counter tells me to email corporate but he can't tell me the corporate email address. This is bull and and I want my $44.99 back. I went this morning and purchased the mgr special. They left stuff on the outside of my car that was not there before. Did not even vacuum the back seat out. I have been going here since the 80’s. I am not happy customer
We scheduled an 8 am appointment for a full car wash and interior detail that was estimated to be complete in 3-4 hours. We phoned to ask a status and they said to allow them another hour and a half to complete the work. We phoned again and the car was still not ready. We decided to go ahead by to pick up the car and there was another customer there at 3 pm, experiencing the same problem. I usually wash my own car but this time I thought why not let someone else do it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE!!!! First off they did a horrible job vacuuming my car! Then on top of that they mess my car all the way up and now they don’t want to fix it! The guys up there are trying to say the damage is from a car crash. had to have my vehicle vacuum 2 additional times still not right, windows was still dirty, side mirrors was dirty, the car insoles was never cleaned, my sunroof was not clean. terrible experience for 30$
