I have been using this car wash for years. Went to get my car washed and was treated like crap by one of the employees while going through the car wash. I contacted the corporate offices in Irving and was assured someone would contact me about the incident. Never heard from anyone. I guess they are doing so well they don't care if they lose customers.
Bad specially the cashier that was so rude and careless. She needs training on customer service. Come with a full Thank because if you are coming with half thank you may run out of gas and don’t complain to the rude cashier Brenda. By the way this is not my first time I have being their customer for over 15 years but the customer service keep declining and getting slower and worse. Hopefully they can make changes but for now I am done coming here.

After waiting for the 3 stooges to clean up the trash can they knocked over so I could pull up to the vacuums, they trapped me in the driver’s door as one of the was ahead of me with his hose and the other behind me. (No innuendo please) Then they pulled my car out and before you knew it the guy was flagging me to come get my car. I walked up to it and the entire lower valance was still dirty.
