Bad specially the cashier that was so rude and careless. She needs training on customer service. Come with a full Thank because if you are coming with half thank you may run out of gas and don’t complain to the rude cashier Brenda. By the way this is not my first time I have being their customer for over 15 years but the customer service keep declining and getting slower and worse. Hopefully they can make changes but for now I am done coming here.
Too many half done jobs. They do a subpar job vacuuming most times, don’t secure your floor mats down which is annoying if you have a standard and your mats are sliding under your foot when driving. I’ve had my windows wiped after they use the towel to dry the car, bugs or bird crap still on windshield or car after wash and they’ve just dried/wiped right over it without attempting to actually remove it.
