1st time here & we enjoyed it very much!! Great food & EXCELLENT service by a WONDERFUL waitress Named Winona even the owner came and talked with us all & wanted to Wish my husband a happy birthday!!! He was very friendly & appreciated us being there!!!!! we would definitely go back
Shhh! Don't tell anyone how awesome Mi Ranchito is, or there will be a line out the door! Actually--tell everyone! Quite possibly the best restaurant in Dubuque. The food is fresh, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly. We've dined in for dinner and I've had carry-out for lunch. I've enjoyed the guacamole, tacos, gorditas, and burritos. Always interesting specials--I'm not quite adventurous enough to try the gator tacos or rabbit, but it's nice to know I have the option.
Amazing food. Great service and the chef stopped by a few times to check how we were doing. Highly recommended!!
Can't wait to come back. I want to eat my way thru the entire menu! Or can bring home carry out to you Galena folks. How about Paella Valenciana or Caldo De Cameron el Rey? Just say when!

Can I just say..... The way you feel when you enter is NOT the same when you leave..... I was confused by the wording on the menu... But boy did the waiter help me understand.... Eduardo referred Bob from Meineki and Bob really did goid telling us about this little local secret... Go you will not be disapointed (unless there isnt a table). This place is no longer a secret.... You leave feeling like you were just at your families house...

We had the pleasure of eating at this VERY authentic Mexican restaurant today. The food was outstanding! The chef/owner came out numerous times to visit and talk about his food. He even took the time to reminisce with my son-in-law about Mexico. The food was fresh and plentiful. We will definitely return the next time we make it to Dubuque.
