The gentleman that owns this place really cares about your experience. The prices are very affordable and the Mexican food is awesome! We live in Minnesota; however, when we are in Dubuque we will be stopping here for sure! The burritos are huge but make sure you leave room for the desserts - we loved the Captain Crunch!!
