Terrible, terrible, terrible, I will have to go elsewhere for help. It’s a shame because this clinic is free, but the quality of care is subpar.
Complete quack clinic, not in the business for helping "change lives". Took family member to just turn in paperwork after calling and told we could come anytime, ended up waiting over 2 hours to be helped! Got to the clinic at 2:06pm on 6/25/25 and still at 4:12pm waiting to be helped. Just to turn in paperwork not even for an appointment. They have POOR customer service and lack of communication with patient care. Will be looking into better care for my loved one.
I am so lucky to be able to go here and get medicine. It took a few years to get the meds right but it was worth it. I am happier than I have ever been and I don't feel worthless anymore. The people who work here deserve medals because I have seen them keep their cool around some nasty people. And I was one of those nasty people in the beginning. Thank god for this place and the people who run it. I'm so happy they didn't give up on me.
