Every one here is SO NICE! I was looking forward to finally meeting a doctor who could help me. Well, when I met Dr. Dinghra through an iPad and only saw her eyes and nothing more, it felt extremely impersonal. I gave the doctor the benefit of the doubt. As we proceeded to talk she began interrupting me and even worse he started subtly insulting. Complete lack of empathy throughout. If it weren’t for MHMR, I wouldn’t be alive today. They have saved my life! Maybe my situation is just different?! I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. Came here to try to get help arrived at 8:30 9:00 was pulled up told me they were already at capacity went to leave they said oh wait never mind we made a mistake we can have one more and then 20 minutes later as I'm still waiting there another lady comes in and they just let her fill out don't say nothing about a capacity yesterday I went to another they told me they were at capacity I guess if you don't have a cat tail and cat ears they're at capacity
