I take a relative here for services. It is damn near laughable how disorganized they are! I say near laughable because NO ONE should have to call multiple times to a call center number for assistance! So, we have to run out of medication for this center to still do nothing! Partnered with a pharmacy that does equally as much she that's nothing! I hope the positive change is that you close. That or everyone replaced. It would definitely be positive then.

At first, mhmr mid-cities clinic was great. But my last visit was a NIGHTMARE. While in lobby, they changed my appointment 4 times. Then when i get upset and express it, Dr Dhingra decides i must be on something other than my prescribed meds and demands a pee test. I complied and haven't heard anything else of that. I'm very disappointed! And I'm researching other avenues/doctors!

Decent office staff, great pharmacy however I have missed 3 Dr's appointments because the Staff opt to change my appointment time without proper notification. This has happened 2 times. The worst part is that you can not keep your original appointment time and its your fault that you missed it. They will skip your appointment 30-1 hr ahead of time and if you miss it you have to reschedule nearly 3 months out! Good luck!!
