I had an awful experience with a renovation job. The initial designs were good but when it came to bringing the vision to life, the work was a COMPLETE TRAINWRECK! It took 3-4 times to get tiles to lay correctly. And there was grout and thin set left all over the surface. There was a lot of rework and cleanup required. Very unprofessional and non-responsive when issues arose. Their response was that they do not control the contractors. So just beware!

We've had several showings with similar feedback that the family room wasn't open enough. Megan came in and gave our house a simple cost effective stage in 30 minutes.
