Michael and Haley were a welcome breath of fresh after our experiences with two previous property management companies. They are extremely professional and responsive. Hiring them is hands down the best decision we've made in regards to our rental property. I would highly recommend MHI to anyone and would give them 10 stars if I could.
MHI came in after the original contractor failed to finish the apartment renovations for a rental unit we own. Michael helped organize the project and arranged subcontractors and oversaw all of the other workers to get the unit rent ready. Michale was SO helpful and responsive it was beyond belief. He had great practical and economical suggestions, really pride of workmanship, and an eye for details that would inexpensively add value.
