I just renewed my recommendation in November 2021 and now the website is down and no one picks up the phone. The recommendation cannot be verified, and is therefore useless. Thanks for stealing my money you crooks!
Is this place really only open on Sunday?
Same thing happened to me, show up at 11am when it says they open at 10am and no one is there. Tried calling the number on my rec and no answer as well, waste of time trying to renew it
Does not open at 10 got there at 11 and doors were closed on a wednesday ??? How do you guys close half the week and not even be here the days it says you should be, people need there recommendations. Do not get your rec here !!! You wont even be able to renew it cuz theyre never here !! Terrible business change your hours
I am very disappointed; I talked to the doctor online, but they didn’t send my letter. Called them and they said they sent it already, but I didn’t find it. Had to call them three times to get my mmj recommendation letter. Customer service is totally garbage.
