American Financial Network helped me refinance my home and got me a much lower interest rate. Lee and Sam communicated with me every step of the way always making sure I understood what was going on and answered all of my questions. This company has failed to meet basic components of consumer financial lending. The lender regularly missed delivery deadlines and frequently lost documents during the process. As a result the lender missed the contracted dates in the Purchase and Sale - this caused increased expenses on temporary housing and from movers for storage of belongings while in transition to new home. Unfortunately this company is not one consumers should work with based on the experience.
