I was eligible for the Hero's Homebuyer Credit program based on being a healthcare worker. I am recently divorced and thought I could not afford a home yet. They paid most of the closing costs and now have a tax write off for 2021. Thanks for putting the flyer up at my place of employment. I would have never known!
