American Financial Network and particularly Dan A*****, my loan officer, are a pleasant, informative group of people. When I purchased my home a year ago Dan put the loan together with me knowing the process each step of the way. It was not easy because I was moving in from out-of-state and closing times for my sale and purchase were not matching up. Dan got everything coordinated and the close went perfectly. Totally satisfied with William W.. He made refinancing our house as easy as possible. He was very patient with an 84 year old lady and walked me through each step. He spoke clearly which was a help to me. The whole experience was as pleasant as possible. I would not hesitate to use him or AFN again but I doubt it since I'm 84 now.

Over the past 30 years I've bought, sold and refinanced houses and to say that some of the experiences with the financing companies where bad is an understatement. Bait and switch, last minute request, false hopes and just bad customer service are some of the experiences I've had with these financing companies. In addition to being in law enforcement for 33 years I find it hard to trust people anymore, especially with my families financial wellbeing. After talking to Yanni S*********, i made my decision , thats how much i trusted him., and the loan process went smoothly, updates me everything that i need to do and know and he is easy to reach if i have concerns. This company American Financial Network is legit and lucky to have the like of Yanni working for them. Power on Yanni and good luck on everything you do!

TERRIBLE, SLOW, unprofessional service. My family and I were homeless for 48 hours upon selling our property in a contingency sale after being told for 3 months that we would close. Then every day it was a new document that they needed - and then it would take 24-48 hours to “process” a single document. When I complained to STEVE C***** about this - our loan officer - he told us we were just a number, that they had too many customers applying for loans to provide a response. The customer service and attention to detail from the entire team was exceptional!
