So I called to find out about programs for a friend. First question was were they there with me. Nope. Wanted information on my friend. So I iterated I was calling to get information on their programs and was not giving any information on my friend. He hung up. Nice you jackass. What, you wanted their info so you can hassle my friend? If this is how you treat someone calling about your programs I can only imagine how you treat someone in your programs. Overall I had such a great experience here at my local inpatient treatment center in Rochester Hills. Everyone was so welcoming and my room was so clean and organized. I attended group sessions that helped me in so many ways. Thank you all so much for your sleepless nights and morning motivation talks.
