I first met Dr Meyer at the hospital after being admitted for leg weakness and foot drop. He explained my condition, recommended surgery, advised me of the risks, and performed the spinal surgery. I was pleased with the initial outcome but a bit disappointed that after months of physical therapy my condition did not improve much. I was told this might happen but I was still disappointed. I do not believe that my condition reflects badly on Dr Meyer. I am very much improved but I wanted more.

Office staff was professional and courteous, Dr. Myer was very informative about my condition and the surgery. When my condition worsened within a week they were able to schedule my surgery as soon as they could.
Great surgeon, friendly staff, easy and fast to schedule an appointment. About the surgery it was a success and helped me to get back to normal.
Dr. Meyer answered my questions and explained in a way that I could understand.
Outstanding - he did a complicated reconstructive procedure on my lumbosacral spine, and now over a year later, I'm pain free and back to normal function. Dr. Meyer is a consummate professional and explains things perfectly so I had a full understanding. His staff and office are equally good, I never had to wait long or feel like I was getting anything short of excellent care.
Had a R hemilaminectoy 30 days ago. Prior to surgery I had difficulty standing long enough to brush my teeth, now I can not only stand to brush my teeth but can walk 30 pain free minutes.
Dr. Meyer performed a very successful microdiscectomy on me. I had spent the prior 2 months lying on my stomach 24 hours a day due to pain. My radiating pain (and numbness) was gone pithing 24 hours following surgery. I am 4 weeks post op and can walk for an hour. As a rehab professional myself, I highly recommend Dr. Meyer. Not only is he such a fantastic physician, but the entire staff is very professional and helpful!
