Wonderful place! The food is always great and the service is, too,
Wonderful food and friendly staff! I've been enjoying this restaurant since the mid-seventies when we would make special trips to Mount Vernon from Bellingham for their Smothered Pork Burritos. They are the best I've ever had! I come from a very large family and everyone feels the same way. Now I live on Vashon Island, but whenever we drive north to Bellingham to visit relatives, we always make sure to stop in to the Mexico Cafe.
Delicious food and I just love that smothered burrito :-)
Best Mexican food! I could eat here everyday. My husband got burritos, which were enormous! I tried the enchiladas and tacos. Seriously, amazing! ���
