Too much cheese on my tacos, I couldn't even see my tacos under the cheese. The cheese dip was not even warm. Very disappointed.
Terrible! Food is inedible. Will not go back. This place once had good food that you looked forward to. Recent years quality has disappeared. Too bad another northside staple has deteriorated so much.
I've been going here my whole life, my parents also have been going there whole life. The food for the most part, not always but mostly is consistant. Its a good affordable meal..
Grew up lovin this place.... Me and my sisters would ride our bikes over there and eat their hot sauce til we couldn't breathe or was so hot...still one of my favorite places to eat.
I love this place! It's the best of all the Mexican villas in my opinion!

I love El taco, their tacos are wonderful and filled with lots of white cheese. To me they are the best tacos around!!!! My family has been going there for over 40 years.
