The OB I worked with was amazing (Dr. Acocella) 5/5. Many of the nurses were great too 5/5. The maternity ward was "ok" 3/5 stars (cold food at every meal, older hospital). Some of the doctors and nurses in the post delivery ward had TERRIBLE bedside manner. And I absolutely do NOT recommend the staff in the ER. They didn't appear to be "trauma-informed" caregivers...and training in that department would be beneficial to all patients. RecommendedYes and No wasn’t an option so I chose yes. My mother is an inpatient right now and up until she fell I would say yes ... now I am very concerned about her and no one will speak to me about her condition. The lack of communication seems to have declined after I left a message for the Chief Nursing Officer ... how can it possibly get better than this? What else is possible now? We were there last night for my daughters knee. We were there less than an hour and a half. From the check in to X-rays to seeing a doctor.From check in to check out was very pleased. Great experience. Thank you!!
I was in the CVU for 3 days with atrial flutter over the Christmas holiday and I just want to say the nurses in the CVU were awesome. Thanks for everything you do!
Today I leave the 4th floor happy 😃 I was able to meet some exceptional staff members. I was greeted shift after shift by kind and caring smiles and fell asleep each night feeling safe and cared for. All the nurses and their staff were exceptional, but two absolutely phenomenal nurses stood out to me. These two ladies not only nurses me, but took every opportunity to go a step above. MWMC is one of the best hospitals I’ve been too. I was a Framingham resident for 16 years and now I live in Marlborough for almost 8. I went there as a child and my three kids were born there. Staff nurses really do take care of you.
