The professional staff was amazing. I came in with acute bronchial asthma. Was seen immediately. This was after I went to UMass, waited 5 hrs, went back to the desk 3x to tell them I couldn't breathe, still waited. Never received ANY treatment. Left , registered & drove to Framingham and was immediately seen. Thank you MetroWest Medical - Framingham Union hospital.
Having a Glucose tolerance test and a Rhogam injection. They forgot one of the tubes and I had to go back again to the lab so they can redo it bc without it they couldn't put the rhogam shot. I am in 26w preg and it was horrible experience to be almost 4 hours in the hospital - 7am to 10:50
worst place to go, left after 2 hours of waiting after checking in on line which is also USELESS. They tried to let me lay down after hours of waiting but the pain was so bad I chose to go home and take Tylenol and be in my own home comfortable and just see my doctor tomorrow. I suggest unless you are dying avoid this ER at all cost!!
I went in for a surgery recently.. I just cannot believe how wonderful your nurses on fourth floor are when they took care of me! I had most pleasant experience of staying there with perfect team of nurses and student nurses To add more, I am Deaf, and I loved how they were so respectful of how we communicate with each other when interpreters were not there yet.. even person who were responsible for deliver our breakfast and lunch are so pleasant to talk with too!! You the fourth floor people rock big time!!
I came in for a neck xray.Everyone was very nice to me and new I was in pain.
