Abysmal service. Lack in communication between employees, failed promises of call backs and employees that simply don't want to do their job but are happy to just schedule a non existent callback.... Halifax office especially. Disappointed to say the least.
My father Arthur Shute Worked here for over 30 years he passed October 31st 2024. Showed up to their office twice in 2 weeks so I could know time he started and time he retired and no one still has gotten back to me disgraceful Shame on all of you.
They said they'd cover my rent increase that I sent them a copy of the notice for months in advance and they didn't so I've had to pay it, and now I haven't heard back from them about whether my subsidy's been renewed despite contacting them and asking several times - would be nice to know one way or another whether I should plan to live in a tent in the near future, and have to find a new home for my pet rabbit.
