Rented from them for a year. Property itself was quite old and had a number of issues but really appreciate how responsive and helpful Metropolitan was. Whenever something came up, someone would usually stop by the next day to try to resolve the issue, whatever it was. Super accommodating and cooperative landlords and would recommend renting from them.
Jon and the entire management team are super helpful and responsive. All concerns/maintenance requests were addressed immediately and effectively and communication was very clear. Could not recommend more highly (especially to other Georgetown seniors looking for off-campus housing)!
I had a truly great experience with Metropolitan Properties! I rented the same apartment with them for seven years, and the main reason why I never considered moving was because of how professionally and respectfully I was treated by the company, especially the property manager Jon.
