We (couple, late 30s) rented from Jon at Metropolitan Properties for the past 3 years in their Biltmore Street property. He's by far the best property manager we've ever worked with. Any issue gets resolved within 24 hours and with a smile. It was nice to have the personal touch of a small management group and building. We felt very valued as renters.
