I had a truly great experience with Metropolitan Properties! I rented the same apartment with them for seven years, and the main reason why I never considered moving was because of how professionally and respectfully I was treated by the company, especially the property manager Jon. Great management very responsive to tenant needs and maintenance requests!
Rented with MPL for 2 years. Great management, fast response time, and fast utilities maintenance. Management was even open to negotiations for me to obtain parking at the unit which made my quality of life much better as a tenant. Highly recommend renting with MPL if you are looking at one of their properties; would keep renting here if not for employment opportunities causing me to relocate.
