We (couple, late 30s) rented from Jon at Metropolitan Properties for the past 3 years in their Biltmore Street property. He's by far the best property manager we've ever worked with. Any issue gets resolved within 24 hours and with a smile. It was nice to have the personal touch of a small management group and building. We felt very valued as renters. I have rented from Jon at Metropolitan Properties for the last year, and he and they have been extremely responsive and dependable while also giving us the freedom to enjoy our home! We have loved our experience renting a beautiful Capitol Hill row house from them and have had very few issues with the house. And whenever an issue did come up, Jon had people to our house to help within 24 hours to solve it! We can't thank Jon and the team enough for the great year we've had in the house, and we will miss it very much!
A wonderful company. As we were searching for a house for our senior year of college, Jon was thoughtful and attentive throughout the entire process, and it was clear that he and everyone at Metropolitan Properties truly cared that we found the perfect fit for our group. And because of them, we did! Their care made a massive difference during the entire search and rental process. I couldn’t recommend them more, especially as a student looking for off-campus housing options. A real gem in DC!
