I usually don’t like to leave reviews but I had to for this reason I’m not sure what’s going the way this place operates, the last two months my son who’s 2.5yrs old have been getting ear infections, we have been seen by two different doctors no diagnoses each time, this happened two different times I mean what does take to diagnose a simple ear infection? Why would a toddler pull his ears? Every-time my toddler end up in the ER because we have trusted this ppl. 😪
I changed clinics in 2023 to bring my two kids to be seen here and it started well but went down hill. My daughter was seen 6x before she was recommended to a specialist and my son has had ear infections that were not treated well- he was sees twice back to back (the first time he was prescribed amoxicillin and that didn't work and got a different antbx. Really know how to work with kids and special needs patience.
Metro Peds in Shakopee has been a great office thus far; my daughter is 9 months old. The front desk workers, nurses, and doctors are caring and seem like they genuinely want to help. Dr. Hope is awesome and super laid back!
