I'm scared for my daughter. She is always so afraid when she goes. She has to have 2 cavities filled in a couple weeks unfortunately and I'm scared she will feel everything. I want to be reassured that this will not be one of those horror stories where the dentist doesn't numb her up and she feels it all. I feel everyone is pretty nice but a bit on the judgmental side. My 9 year old daughter had to get 3 teeth taken out for her braces, we had gone to metro dental and it took them 2 hours to take out one tooth I was not happy at all and my daughter was so afraid to have the other 2 taken out so the next day I called metropolitan peds we got in they mad her feel so comfortable and Dr. Bates Had her 2 other teeth out in less then 10 minutes!!! We absolutely love this place.
Awful customer service. Misscheduled our first appointment because they requested change it, but never actually updated their schedule after confirming with me. Wouldn't stand behind our appointment time. Will not waste my time again. Looking elsewhere. You should, too.
Everyone is so friendly! They really do a good job of making your child comfortable! Explained everything so my child understood what was going on. Awesome staff and office! Kid left with a smile on his face!
15 years going strong, friendly clean environment.....
We love the staff at the North Oaks Clinic. From reception to the chair, everyone is wonderful.
