I'm scared for my daughter. She is always so afraid when she goes. She has to have 2 cavities filled in a couple weeks unfortunately and I'm scared she will feel everything. I want to be reassured that this will not be one of those horror stories where the dentist doesn't numb her up and she feels it all. I feel everyone is pretty nice but a bit on the judgmental side. Dr Grove & his staff do an amazing job with my daughter. She has medical PTSD from many medical complications and they are always very patient and calming for her and by the time we leaving she is always laughing and smiling!

RecommendedWe took our twin boys to the dentist for the first time and both Krista and Dr. Bates were amazing with them. They kept them calm, showed them exactly what they were going to do to them and made sure the boys were comfortable the entire time. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

5 stars doesn’t do it justice. The level of care and professionalism Dr Sotillo and the whole Metro Pediatric Dental team provided to our 3 yo exceeded every expectation and represented the very best in pediatric dental care. Beyond the top notch staff and care, the kid friendly accommodations at this office are unbeatable (e.g. TVs mounted to the ceiling so kids can watch Disney movies during long operations). Would highly recommend Metro Pediatric Dentistry to any parent for their kids!

We were scheduled to come on Monday for check ups. We always request Katie for all 3 kids because she is so great with them! We found out that only one was getting to see her but she worked some magic and at least got to see 2 of our 3. She’s the reason why we come! Ps. Watch out... we have a dentist in the works. Big sis pulled 2nd tooth for little sis.

Took my boys who are 8 years old for a cleaning and X-rays! Both Brooke and Katie were very detailed and patient with my boys! Katie did great with my one son who didn’t do well with the X-ray in the mouth she was very helpful and caring ! Brooke was great at giving me details for the next steps we need to take... Dr. Nickman was also very good at describing the X-rays and what was done in the visit ! I will be back to see these ladies and Dr. again !!! Thank you for caring for my boys !!!

Dr. Bates is fantastic! My daughter was very nervous for her first dental appointment but she had such a positive experience with Dr. Bates that now she actually gets excited when it’s time for her next appointment. Great place with great professionals!

We have been taking our kids to see Dr. Bates for over 5 years since they were babies. She is very caring, patient, and professional. Everyone we’ve worked with has found creative ways to make the experience fun for our kids at all their different ages. Our kids actually get excited for appointments and about keeping their teeth strong and clean!
