My son 9.5 has only been going to the Eagan dental office seeing Dr. Nickman for just over a year. He has had a lot of issues with his teeth since he was very little and he hated going in to our old dentists. Dr. Nickman and all staff at the Eagan clinic are so wonderful! They are friendly, kind, safe, and treat my son with the most care as if it was their own child. They explain all steps and treatments to my son and myself, and my son actually likes to go. My 5 year old son was terrified to go back to the dentist after a bad experience with a family dentist. Wow, what a difference it made to bring him to Metropolitan Pediatric Dental! Dr. Grove is wonderful with kiddos, extremely kind and patient with kids that are fearful of the dentist. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did his best to ensure the best possible outcome for our son. Saw Dr. Bates at the Fridley location. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was great. After an intimidating and mind boggling experience elsewhere, this practice definitely knows what they're doing.
