I stayed here for a year and it was fine for the first few months. I started to realize that the front office is never there and if they are, it’s once a week. If you have maintenance request, be prepared to wait a while because there is only one maintenance worker for the entire building. The front office never did anything regarding my neighbor’s loud music all hours of the night when I had to complain twice. I’ve lived in these apartments for almost 2 years, and the service is terrible. They lack proper staffing to complete work orders, my apartment had been broken into and they just brushed it off as though it wasn’t their issue. The people in the office change every couple of months. They just overall lack proper customer service, and it’s sad because the apartments are not terrible, it’s the people that maintain the apartments that sucks.
