I have been having a terrible experience with one of the properties that they manage **************+ Apartments in ************************** in *******. Management pick and choose who to be sides on . From day one I was Filing complaints after complaints to be the one who lease get terminated for protecting my home on behalf of one of my complaints. The worse apartments Ive ever experience in my life .
I stayed in these apartments for a week and found mold everywhere! When I contacted the apartment manager and asked for my money back, she was very rude and told me that it wasnt mold but the dirt from my body. I sent countless pictures and videos of the mold and the only thing she did was paint over it. I had to go to the ** because I was suffering from severe breathing issues and broke my lease early. I still had to pay 2 months rent and forget about getting my deposit back, I know Im not going to see it.
Basically if you're trying to get your deposit back they don't send it for weeks. I moved out of property that had no community manager because she quit so my paperwork was left on a desk. From my perspective, there should be more attention to people who need their deposit back and not being irresponsible like Bren Road. It's 8 weeks now and still no check. I give them a F for being Fail for poor buisiness etiquette and yes Im entitled to write this!!!
Living at one of their apartments has been a horrible situation. Everyone they want to evict at some point or another for very minor possible infractions or not. Management is poor at resolving situations. Maintenance is extremely poor and disrespectful to myself and those I live with. They do not enforce any of their rules here and those who get punished are the good residents. Living at one of their properties in Denver, Colorado has been a nightmare. There has been many complaints about all the on going issues. We’ve had property stolen off our balcony, vehicles getting broken into, over flown trash, Rocks all over the parking lot, the lighting in the parking lot is sensor and does not always go on. We need security on site and the company refuses to do so. The apartment unit is not up to code. There is no fire extinguishers in any of the units. Tom in collections was the absolute worst. I am in the process of moving and found we owed an apartment we lived in over a year and a half ago. When I finally reached him he argued that I didn't owe and then found a file that paperwork had never been processed on it. He made several rude comments about learning how to budget my money and learning how to balance a checkbook? I have NEVER in my life been spoken to by a "professional" like that. Management here are very rude and innapropriate.Ive tried to contact dominium numerous times over 3 years now to which I get no reply.I can't take it anymore it is 85 degrees in our home every day of the year it's not livable in here.These guys on site tell you to deal with it.Someone needs to deal with them and this problem.Please and thankyou.
During this economic crisis and amidst several people loosing their income this company is RAISING THEIR TENANTS RENT. So many of the residents are service industry workers and small business owners and have had a dramatic decrease in income or lost their income completely. Now the tenants feels as if their loosing their shelter as well. I’ve been disappointed by this company before but this is a new low.
