My office manager treats me differently than everyone else in the complex. She has made my life ****, and is now making me homeless, because I complained about her yelling at me.

Our building is run by Dominium, and we have lived here for 8 years. Residents have unanswered questions and unresolved issues regarding theft and vandalism. 247 units on site and non working security cameras - no on site security - no parking lot security cameras. Every weekend residents experience vehicle break ins. A couple days ago someone got into our storage unit with bolt cutters and stole from the units including 3 expensive bikes. An ENTRY door has been broken for literally years and anyone off the streets can come ... read more

I lived at *************** in **. I lived there 8 yrs, left on good terms. Went to visit my old neighbor. The parking lot is as big as a football field. I didn't take a prime parking spot out of respect for the residents. But I am disabled and was when I lived there( spinal fusion). THE MANAGER TOWED MY NEW **** ESCAPE, I PAID $200 TO GET IT BACK, THEY SCRATCHED THE BUMPER. AT LEAST **** WAS GOOD TO ME, NO CHARGE FOR DAMAGE, IT WAS LEASED, $400 DAMAGE. I HOPE THAT MANAGER GOT WRONGFULLY TOWED. I WILL MAKE SURE TO NEVER EVER ... read more

Dominium apartments. Management is cruel to the elderly, steals money from taxpayers, and has 81+lawsuits pending. But beware, if you win your case against them-they retaliate with evictions!

I applied at ************************ apartments in June of this year. They were more than happy to take my application fee and $300 holding deposit. Since that time, I have spoken to one person, ******, who was very nice and ask me a couple of questions. I have emailed the apartment many times and called many times as well to ask questions to no avail. No one has ever replied to my emails and when you call you get a recording that does not allow you to leave a voicemail. I went to the apartment and could find no one to spea... read more

I reside at Vermilion Apt and since the management team changed my experience has been a living h*** I been here 5 yrs and NEVER felt more disrespected, unappreciated, and not a valued customer. I was approved for rental assistance and I got approved then a recapture was put on my acct portal with **********. I was told once they get that recapture amount then they will release those funds. Please do not move to ****** in the property five mile apartment **********************************************************. They are nasty and dnt take of nothing trash blows on your door pet c*** everywhere and bowl movements on paper trash everywhere. Office dnt help and Ive contact corporate nothing. This place is nasty.

This Complaint is in regards of Property Manager ************************* at Genesis **** at ************************************* DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! The fact that it is a whole pandemic she is abusing her managerial authority and withholding checks just to accrue late fees on tenants which is pathetic because thing are expensive enough.
