We’re so grateful for Casey! She was so patient, kind, and creative with my daughter. Every session was full of encouragement and progress. Thanks to her dedication, my daughter has officially graduated from feeding therapy and is thriving now!
Our Granddaughter was with this group for a few years and was doing well. But all of a sudden out of nowhere they called CPS on use telling CPS that she have an extremely bad diaper rash and told them that she had the same pull up on for a long time. But she had been changed 20 minutes before her arrival time. When the CPS lady showed up at our home for an "EMERGENCY" concern we offered to show her that there was no rash. My son attends this facility for occupational therapy and he has shown major improvement. He has Sara and she is very patient and kind with him. The facility is always very clean and never crowded. Highly recommended! The rest of the staff is also very respectful.
We are so thankful for Metro EHS and specifically for our son’s speech therapist Kristen Collins and the incredible care she’s given our son. Her warmth, patience, and encouragement have helped him grow in both confidence and communication. She has a special way of making learning fun and meaningful, and we’ve seen such beautiful progress thanks to her dedication. We’ll always be grateful for the kindness and heart she brings to her work.
PT staff is so resourceful, attentive and thoughtful. The improvements I have seen in my baby are tremendous. I have learned so much and apply at home for faster progress. We wouldn’t make it this far without Amber. She is sensational and so professional and dedicated . Thank you !!!
