Soon it will be a whole year since I have had a working washer/dryer in unit. I no longer have a working dishwasher. There is mold growing in the bathroom and of course, pest control is needed urgently, inside and out. I live in the ADA unit and the fire alarm system has been out of service since July 2024. 0/10 would not recommend this situation to anyone.
