Kyra, Germaine, and Deon are truly the dream team to this apartment building. Since 2019 things have changed however the customer service and care from the ladies in the office is top tier and they truly have the heart to make sure you feel seen, heard, and needs taken care of while living here. Deon has been such an amazing addition to the maintenance team with his infectious energy and effort in fixing any issues to make sure I have a comfortable living space. This place is mostly alright to live in (no, it wasn't), maintenance is nice and fast (under 24 hrs fast), but management isnt really that good. Be aware of any intruders, as this place has that issue. UPDATE: We moved out, rent was not good. For further explanation, in around five years of living in a one-bedroom apartment here, it costed ~120,000 dollars.
