I would usually need to call MetroTurf when I went to The votech here in Norman, and since I was still learning where the ID info for a machine was ( needed to get the part) It would take me a few minutes to find it but MetroTurf being the amazing people that they are where Very patient with me and I greatly appreciate it. Plus they always had the parts I needed.
Absolutely the only place to take for yard work needs. Always nice and knowledgeable.
Will never do business with them again. I bought a new cub cadet tank from them and have had nothing but problems with it and they can't seem to fix it right now when I take it back again to be fixed they say oh we can't work on it because it doesn't have the little black plastic grass shoot on the deck but we can order you one then work on it. Just another way for them to get money . Sure glad I didn't do in and buy another one like I was going to. I'll go buy one somewhere else where they take care of a long term customer ... read more
