Will not go back. This is the second time that they have had no communication back when they set up expectations of having repairs ready. Dropped off chainsaw blades to be sharpened, was told they would be ready next day. Went to pickup two days later, gentleman was ringing me up when I noticed it was not done. Asked service desk why their was no communication they were not ready when I was a day late to pickup. Last week's ice storm disaster hit us hard, and our store was slammed with customers needing chainsaws, generators and service. Our phones rang non-stop. We were short on technicians because they were dealing with no power and property damage at their homes, and our shop lost half its power as well. I took my zero turn in for repairs. I have never had this mower run this good even when it was new . The only thing better than my mower is the staff I worked with. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I am truly impressed with the results.
I purchased a Wright Stander B from Danny today. I went to Metro Turf last week and Danny answered all my questions. I called him multiple times over the past week, and each time he helped me with anything I needed. Today when I purchased the Wright, it was sitting out front waiting for me. The owner even offered to help me load it on the trailer. I will continue going to Metro Turf. Great people and customer service!

Great company! Customer service at its finest! We had a problem with our zero turn mower, we hauled it up there and they immediately found the problem it was a simple fix they did in 5 minutes and sent us on our way. Thanks for even the small things!
