This was the worst place to live. Something was always breaking and the maintenance people's go to was sealant for everything. Toilet is leaking, sealant. Crack in the doorframe, sealant. Gates are always broken. There's constant car break-ins or stuff getting stolen from the patio if you're on the ground floor. The worst came when it was time to move out.
