High quality product. Much better than big box stores. Self assembly OK. Recc. a higher quality screen assembly tool and clamps to hold screen while putting together.
Easy order, came on time, easy installation. Saved me lots of money as local vendors, who’s only job would be to come over and do the measurements, wanted several hundreds dollars more
probably the best thing you could say about a business is that you would do business with them again and I would with these guys. as far as products go I van only coment on the heavy guage pet screen. Il installs easily and unless you have a lion will work for your pet

I ordered a custom screen for my new house and I found Metro to be very helpful with my questions and the order process. I received the screen door in the timeframe they told me and it everything was exactly how I ordered it. Pleasant experience. .
I am very impressed with Metro Screenworks. I needed a sample that was out of the ordinary. They read my email request, figured out what I really needed for my project and sent me samples of all the possible material for me to use. This was more than I asked for and certainly much more than I expected. It's refreshing to deal with a company that takes this kind of care!
This is the worst company. I ordered a new patio screen door that cost $600. It arrived with a hole in the screen and they refused to send someone to fix it. They said I had to bring it in (which required a truck or delivery service) or do it myself with their fix-it kit. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE. This is a terrible company

We spoke with customer J******* Hill and came to a mutual agreement on this. We thought the matter was resolved as a refund of $105.00 was issued to satisfy the customer. We offered several options and this is what was determined to make all things good. We spent much time and effort to make things right. Evidently the screen was damaged after it left our factory.
