Ordered a replacement track for our screen door and the track arrived in the time frame they stated and with no defects.
We purchased 12 screens in various sizes and all fit very well with no issues at all. They are very flexible yet strong.
Before ordering the screens for our French doors, I called to get suggestions on how to take an accurate measurement. He walked me through it, the order was very fast and so simple to install. Quite impressed.
The screens fit perfect, saved us thousands of dollars not having to buy new windows. I ordered a few to see if would work, now we plan on ordering at least six more.
We ordered our replacement window screen in July'17. Product arrived as ordered, well packaged, timely received. Next time, I would give myself a 1/16 or so slack on the length and width to make installation a bit easier, but this was on my part. Overall, very pleased and happy. Got a perfectly made and functional window screen. No hassles, and great value! I would be a repeat customer for the next outing, too!
ordered 3 screens for a house we recently purchased; frames were broken or bent and locking tabs were broken off. Screens arrived in good condition. Have installed 1 so far. Fits and functions perfectly. Will be recommending Metro to my neighbors.
Metro Screenworks is a great company to deal with and has excellent customer service. I ordered a total of 10 screens and 4 were a little too short. 2 of the 4 were short due to differences in my window frames (not all frames that appeared to be the same size were identical).
