Began an application for an apartment in Allston, never finished the application process - was pressured by the realtor to put down a deposit, they took the money, I got a job offer out of state 2 months out and now they are refusing to refund my money. Won't even give me the name of the property manager - said they have my money, too bad. Seems predatory, a racket, preying on and pressuring new college grads. Buyer beware.
