Value I used this company for a home inspection on a home I purchased. I did so on the recommendation of a friend/business associate. Upon preparing the property for move in, it was clearly evident that several key issues had been missed, which I could have negotiated with the seller to cover as part of the closing. For example, the water spout did not work at all from the front of the house, costing 250.00 to replace. Mike does a great job of communicating with buyers. He can put issues in perspective and is clear and thorough in explanations. He is practical and experienced in dealing with older home issues. Highly recommend.
This may seem over-the-top, but this company saved us from disaster. Ryan Davis' thorough and complete inspection helped reveal serious problems in a house we were just about to purchase.
