One of the best vet hospital I have used. My dog was very sick and Dr Spillers was so kind to us, we unfortunately had to make the decision for her to cross over and Dr Spillers was very understanding and there for us through the whole process. I have referred numerous friends and they all have received the same wonderful care
wonderful, caring staff and doctors!
If anyone in the area is worried about their little one please visit the office. Luckily my pup had nothing wrong ( he got into some pecans in my yard and had upset tummy/ was taking deep breaths) the staff is very friendly and attentive. My Chuy was a little troublesome with needles but the girls were so great to help me “distract” I honestly don’t think he felt a thing. Thanks to everyone that helped Chuy !!!! We will be coming back !
After 8 years of using Metro Paws in Oak Cliff, I’ve come to the realization that when it comes to the long term care of a senior cat with chronic health issues, that they are scattered, inconsistent, and disorganized, resulting in a negligent treatment experience. Friendly, caring staff with transparent pricing.
Left a stint in my cat to euthanize him the next day. Said they didn’t want to “poke him again’” when I called after taking him home. The one last day he had and that’s your excuse? Sorry that’s such a bother...
We had an emergency with our Peter and the staff was able to accommodate us with very short notice. They immediately put us in a private room, our Peter took his last breath while we sat with him. The staff gave us our privacy and didn’t rush us at any point. We have received a card that the staff signed with their condolences. Thank you ❣️
The team and vets at this location are amazing. They are very detailed oriented and made sure not to miss any possible outcomes. The follow through after the visit was above and beyond. The vet gave me her cell number in case I needed anything. That alone shows how much they care for their patients.
