I fell in love with Dr Knapp and tech Hannah today. We had been turned away by two other vets in Oak Cliff even though we had an emergency. Our little blind girl fell off the porch and we thought her leg was broken. They got us right in and were very gentle and compassionate. She even got a splint with little red hearts all over it for being such a good patient. She is doing well and we are grateful.
I really really love this place!!!! The Vets Plus the staff are always so caring and amazing with not only my pets But with ME!!! They always answer all my questions and take such good care of us. But they are always understanding and always very helpful!!! Love when I call or take my Puppies in and they treat them like they've known them for ever. You guys rock!!!! �Bucky and Little.�
I was very impressed by staff at clinic. They are very professional. Staff and doctor provided great service at a very hard time for our pet lab of many years. Am very lucky to have this hospital in my area.
This is not the place for you if you have an emergency unless you have $$ on you. They will actually turn you away even if you're baby accidentally ran out the door & got hit and you had no time to think to grab your wallet before trying to save him. HIGHLY overpriced. I paid $500+ just to get my little girl fixed.

This is our second time taking our dogs and each time we are treated with courtesy and respect. Our German Shepherd and Pug love the treats and the attention they receive. We are big dog lovers and very picky where we take our dogs, let me assure you this hospital provides excellent care!!
