RecommendedI struggle for a long time finding a veterinarian that made me feel like my concern were being heard. I have been coming to Metro Paws for exactly one year this month & have had consistently positive experiences. Most recently both of my dogs had dental work done. Recommendation: No. Services are expensive. Will not make emergency appointments for established clients. Location is clean. Most of staff friendly. Conclusion: positives do not outweigh negatives.

Dr. Donaldson has really set me on a great path for getting my cat down to a healthy weight. She prescribed my Rascal a diet that seems to be working as when I brought him in today, he has lost 2 pounds. Doesn't sound like alot, but it definitely is for a cat. The staff there has always been kind and caring. I can't wait til this pandemic is over because I really enjoy being in the exam room with my cat where I can ask questions on the spot.
